Refund policy

All of our products come with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply call us at 303-817-7057, email us at orders@boulderteahouse.com or follow this link, https://shopify.com/2741133/account, to start a return within 30 days of your order, and we will gladly replace it, exchange it, or refund your money (we can refund shipping costs only if the item is returned as a result of our error.) Returns are processed upon our receiving the merchandise back to us. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within two days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays when the post office is closed.
